Applicants falling under any of the following ①~③
Applicants must have completed or will complete by the previous month a student enters the junior college a 12-year curriculum of school education in their home country, or those designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as equivalent to those above.
Applicants who have completed or will complete a preparatory education curriculum to enter a Japanese university of designated educational institution by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
Applicants who have or will have International Baccalaureate qualification.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or more at the time of enrollment.
Applicants must have taken Japanese-Language Proficiency Test or the subject of Japanese language for the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students and have a sufficient level of Japanese proficiency to study.

Graduation diploma of final education in home country (graduation certificate accepted or certificate of expected graduation)
Transcript of final education
Copy of residence card (both sides) and passport (photograph, name, and date of birth)
Recommendation by the principle or the teacher of the latest educational background (except those living in Japan)
Formal document of guarantor living in Japan such as resident’s card
Health certificate (Required items are height, body weight, eyesight, chest x-ray, and medical chest-up by a general physician within three months before application.)
Certificate of Japanese language proficiency (Result notification of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test or the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students)
